Cathy Metts is a seasoned realtor with 17 years of experience, leading the award-winning No Place Like Home Georgialina group. Serving the CSRA and surrounding areas, Cathy and her team bring extensive knowledge and the power of teamwork to every homebuyer, seller, and builder they assist.
A proud mother of three adult children and “Gigi” to three rising baseball stars, Cathy is often found cheering from behind home plate or supporting the teams she sponsors. Her passion for real estate matches her dedication to her family and community.
Cathy specializes in new construction, multigenerational home building, first-time homebuyers, and military relocation. She thrives on guiding clients through the home-buying, selling, or building process—whether it’s finding a first home, downsizing for retirement, or purchasing land to build a dream home.
A Military Relocation Specialist, Cathy takes pride in helping servicemen and women transition smoothly into the area. She also partners with top builders to create homes designed for the future, particularly those catering to multigenerational living.
As a certified John Maxwell coach and a graduate of multiple Tony Robbins programs, Cathy believes that knowledge is power, but applied knowledge turns dreams into reality.
